Liquiphant FTL41 operating principle is based on changes in the environment in which the vibrating fork portion oscillates, causing a change in the connected mass of the oscillating system, which in turn alters the natural resonant frequency of the oscillations. The sensor's transmitter generates the oscillations, and the receiver detects them.
