Standard bladder accumulator EPE (Epoll) Type AS is well suited to work with oil, water, liquids with low lubricity. Working pressure 360 bar.

Bladder-type accumulators consist of a seamless cylindrical high-strength steel pressure vessel. The accumulator has gas and liquid parts separated from an elastic bladder installed in the inner part of the vessel. The cylinder is filled with nitrogen to a predetermined gas charge pressure P0 using a gas valve.

When liquid is pressed into the accumulator, the gas in the bubble is compressed and hence the pressure increases. The volume of the gas is reduced, and from the liquid side, liquid can flow into the accumulator. As soon as the liquid side pressure falls below the gas pressure, the accumulator is emptied.
