AE1300 ifm is a high-performance edgeController, a multifunctional device that integrates a cloud connector, a visualization system, and a powerful programmable controller.

This intelligent device is designed for use as a freely programmable edge device for demanding industrial applications. The controller connects the field infrastructure with the IT layer, providing direct access to I/O data via Ethernet and supporting modern communication protocols such as OPC UA and MQTT for IIoT solutions. Programming is performed in the CODESYS V3.5 environment, giving engineers extensive capabilities for developing control algorithms and creating graphical user interfaces directly on the integrated 12-inch touchscreen display.

A distinctive feature of the AE1300 is its rugged design with an IP 65 rating, allowing it to be installed directly on equipment outside electrical cabinets. The rugged cast aluminum housing and chemically hardened, anti-glare display glass make it resistant to harsh industrial conditions. With a powerful quad-core processor and support for multiple industrial protocols (PROFINET, EtherNet/IP, Modbus TCP), the controller serves as a reliable data processing node for Industry 4.0.
