Controller

AE3100 IFM is a compact and powerful IIoT Controller with a 7-inch touchscreen display that combines the functions of an industrial controller (PLC), a visualization module (HMI), and a gateway for data transfer to cloud services (IIoT Gateway).

This device is designed as a central control unit for small and medium-sized machines that require high performance in a limited space. With a powerful quad-core processor and support for the CODESYS V3.5 programming environment, the controller is capable of solving complex automation tasks while providing modern process visualization. The AE3100 acts as a link between field equipment and the enterprise's IT infrastructure, supporting direct data transfer via OPC UA and MQTT protocols.

The IP 65-rated design and rugged aluminum housing allow the controller to be mounted directly on equipment operating in vibration- and temperature-sensitive environments. The anti-glare tempered glass screen ensures excellent interface readability and touch panel durability, even under intensive use in industrial environments.
