Ethernet module

AL4033 idm Ethernet I/O module is a specialized field device with an EtherCAT interface designed for use in the food industry. 

Its key features: 

• Ruggedized housing, made of materials resistant to aggressive cleaning agents and high temperatures. 
• 16 discrete inputs.
• High-frequency counter function, enabling efficient data collection from primary sensors and transmission to the control system in real time via the EtherCAT protocol.
• With its highest IP 69K protection rating, the device can withstand regular sanitization with hot water under high pressure. 

The module supports daisy-chaining of multiple devices via a built-in Ethernet switch, simplifying network topology and reducing cabling costs. Its compact design and use of standard M12 connectors make it an ideal solution for distributed automation systems on food bottling, packaging, and processing lines.
