Ethernet module

AL4302 ifm module is a high-performance gateway (master unit) designed for integrating intelligent sensors into an EtherCAT network. This device is a key component in the Industry 4.0 architecture, as it not only collects discrete signals but also transmits advanced diagnostic data and device configuration parameters via the IO-Link protocol. The master is equipped with four IO-Link ports, each of which can be configured as a digital input or output, providing maximum configuration flexibility at the field level.

The device's rugged industrial design with IP 67 protection rating allows for direct mounting on machine frames or conveyor lines without the need for protective enclosures. Separating the power supply for sensors and actuators increases overall system safety, and the integrated data processing engine ensures minimal latency when transmitting critical information to the controller. The use of standardized M12 connectors minimizes the risk of connection errors and speeds up component replacement.
