The R2-SP-IC4 is a segment protector from Pepperl+Fuchs designed to protect FOUNDATION Fieldbuses in hazardous areas. It is used to limit the short-circuit current and provide intrinsic safety in the event of faults in the spur. R2-SP-IC4 is certified for gas groups IIB and IIC.
