Power thyristor modules SKKT are a controller converter, the base of which is a monolithic structure with two semiconductor thyristors (thyristor-thyristor type), operated in DC and AC circuits with a load of 13.5 to 570A and a reverse pulse voltage of up to 1800V.

Characteristics:

• electrically insulated base plate;
• heat transfer through a metal base plate with aluminum oxide ceramic insulation;
• the chip is soldered to AL2O3 ceramics with direct copper solder;
• thyristor with central gate.
