Soft starter SIRIUS 3RW40

The Sirius 3RW40 soft starter 250 kW are fitting for standard 3-phase applications and are allotted for soft on/off of three-phase asynchronous engines. They avoid the inrush current and torque that occur when applying star-delta starters. The Sirius 3RW40 is equipped with optimal serviceability. The built-in bypass contact system reduces the power losses during operation, whereby the components do not super heat. With the 4-step rotary switch, the overload trip time may be set. Thanks to the adjustable current limitation, the motor is reliably defended yet from a sudden increase in current strength. Three LEDs are utilized to display the possible errors, ineffective trip times, no load, overheating. Main typical applications: fans, presses, assembly lines, compressors and coolers, working mechanisms, agitators.
