The Soft starter Sirius up to 250 kW are suitable for standard three-phase applications and are designed for soft on/off of 3-phase asynchronous motors. They avoid current peaks and torque that happen when using "star-delta" starters. Soft starter Siemens 3RW40 is equipped with optimum serviceability. The built-in bypass contact system reduces the power losses during exploitation, whereby the constituent element does not super heat. Use time can be set overload tripping 4-step rotary switch. Full adjustable amperage limitation, the motor is surely protected even from a surprise increase in amperage. Three LEDs are used to display the possible errors, ineffective trip times, phase failure, overheating. The main types applications: fans, presses, assembly lines, chillers, centrifuges, mixers.
