Siemens 3RW4038-2TB04 Soft starter SIRIUS 3RW40

Siemens Soft starter 3RW40 is designed for high power asynchronous motors (250 kW). The soft starter provides easy start-up, protects the engine against overload, lower the current consumption, inexpensive than use of the equipment. The data devices are equipped with features unique to this capacity diapason: semiconductor engine overburden protection and integral protection devices, controllable current qualification and 2-phase control technique. The Soft starters 3RW40 are sections of the SIRIUS modular system. As a result, they have pinpoint sizes and connection diagrams. Due to its especially dense size, Siemens soft starters are half as much the size of star-delta starters, thereby they take at minimum space in the monitoring cabinet. At the contactor, they are used as safety-free starting combinations for electric engines.
