Siemens redundancy modules 6EP4346-7RB00-0AX0 will be a great solution to carry out circuits during shutdown. Those modules continuously track work of main power supplies. Two that blocks 24V can be used with one redundancy module.
The modules have a function of parallel switching, which additionally boosts up working stability. The switching threshold can be set from 20 to 29V voltage. Built-in lamp turns on when one of the attached supplies is disconnected.
