Spirax Sarco DCV4 series check valves are designed for installation between ASME (ANSI) flanges. These valves can be used with media such as:
- hot water,
- steam,
- condensate, and
- gases.
Flange mating surfaces comply with EN 558 Part 2, Series 52.
The standard valves have a metal seat and disc.
For use with gases, oils, and gases, valves with a plastic disc ring are available.
Closed-state leakage: The standard version complies with EN 12266-1 Rate D. The version with "soft" disc rings complies with DIN 12266-1 Rate A at the existing pressure drop.
