Spirax Sarco EasiHeat is a turnkey solution for instant hot water using steam. Essentially, it's a compact heat exchanger unit that replaces bulky boilers and storage tanks. EasiHeat is the solution for those looking to replace old boilers and upgrade to a modern, compact, and automated heating system.

It's a compact steam-to-water system assembled on a single skid. It uses a plate heat exchanger to produce hot water instantly. There's no need to store water—the system heats it the moment a tap is opened or a process is started.

Key Benefits:

1. Saves space. Takes up much less space than traditional shell-and-tube heat exchangers or storage tanks. Models vary from compact (1.2 m3) to industrial solutions. 
2. Energy Efficiency: Thanks to a built-in condensate control system and deep subcooling, the system extracts maximum energy from steam, reducing fuel bills and CO2 emissions.
3. Temperature Accuracy: Smart electronics (SIMS technology) maintain temperature with an accuracy of ±1°C, even during sudden consumption fluctuations.
4. Safety (Anti-Legionella): Since water does not stagnate in the tanks, the risk of Legionella bacteria growth is virtually eliminated.
5. Plug & Play: The system arrives fully assembled, tested, and ready for connection. This minimizes on-site installation time.
