Control Valve

Spirax Sarco LE33 is a Spira-trol™ two-way, single-seat, cage-retained globe control valve. Constructed of carbon steel, it meets EN (PN40) and ASME (Class 300) standards. When paired with a pneumatic or electric linear actuator, the valves provide precise modulating or positional (on/off) control of the flow of steam, water, gases, and other liquids.

LE33 Spirax Main Specifications:

• Body Material: Cast Steel — EN 10213 GP240GH+N or ASTM A216 WCB
• Size Range: DN15 to DN100
• ASME: 1/2" to 4"
• Connection Types: Flanged (EN PN40 or ASME Class 300) / Threaded (NPT or BSP)/ Buttweld or Socketweld
• Max.Pressure (PMA): Up to 40 bar (for PN40 at 50°C)
• Max.Temp. (TMA): Up to +427°C (depending on stem and seat seal type)
• Flow characteristic: Equal percentage or Linear
• Leakage class: Standard: Class IV (according to IEC 60534-4) / Option: Class VI (using a soft PTFE seat)
