Lift check valve

CS3240 Tecofi gate valve is used to control the direct flow of the working medium. The main purpose of this type of valve is to protect the return flow of the medium in the pipeline.

CS 3240 is a flanged lift check valve with a cast iron body, designed for installation in pipelines carrying process or aqueous media. The valve allows for multiple mounting positions, has a simple and reliable design, and is designed to prevent backflow.

The most common areas of application for Tecofi CS3240 are: water supply, combustion, energy, pumping systems, steam generation.

CS3240 Datasheet:

• Nominal diameter range: DN 15 to DN 300.
• Body: EN-GJL-250 (GG25) / ENGJL-250 cast iron.
• Connection: Flanged, according to EN 1092-2 / DIN 2501 /
• Maximum working pressure: Up to 16 bar at temperatures up to +120°C; in special versions up to +225°C at ~12 bar.
• Internal component materials: cast iron body disc (up to DN50), stainless steel disc/sealing surface DN65 and above. Steel return spring.
• Design: "Lift" device – a lifting disc guided within the body ensures rapid response.
• Installation: Can be mounted in any position (horizontally or vertically).
• Tests/Standards: Tested according to EN 12266-1, DIN 3230, BS 5154, and ISO 5208. Body: tested up to 24 bar, seat: up to ~17.6 bar.
• Weight and Dimensions: Approximate data: DN 50: length 230 mm, weight ~12.1 kg; DN 200: length 600 mm, weight ~116.8 kg.
