TecoFi Penstock is a welded gate valve with a knife gate or flat "rectangular" cross-section, specifically designed for use in hydraulic structures (culverts, locks, canals) and water/wastewater treatment systems.
This design is manufactured as a welded metal assembly, often custom-made, and is designed for unidirectional flow.
The body cross-section is often rectangular (square) or "knife-gate," facilitating reliable shutoff under high hydraulic loads and capacities.
