TecoFi VG3400 is a knife gate valve with a cast iron body, designed to shut off and regulate the flow of liquids and media containing solids, sludge, fibers, and suspensions.

Tecofi VG 3400 Fearures:

• The valve can operate in both on/off and flow control modes.
• The rising stem design with a handwheel ensures reliability and ease of operation.
• The valve is designed for installation between PN10 wafer flanges.
• The seal is one-way (flow direction), with the direction indicated by an arrow on the body.
• The body is monolithic cast iron (monobloc).
• Various sealing materials (NBR, EPDM, FPM, PTFE, etc.) are used depending on the medium. The valve has been tested according to EN 12266-1, DIN 3230, BS 5154, and ISO 5208.
• The body is coated with epoxy powder paint for corrosion protection.

It is often used in water treatment systems, sewerage systems, paper and chemical industries, and in the transportation of pulp and wastewater.

• Gate: Stainless steel X5CrNi 18-10 (AISI 304)
