Butterfly valve

VPI4448 is a Tecofi wafer-type butterfly valve for flange mounting, with a handle or actuator, designed to control liquid and gas flows (ON/OFF or partial regulation).
The valve is rated for operating pressures up to 16 bar; the body is tested to 24 bar, and the seat to 17.6 bar.
This valve is designed for water systems, pumps, irrigation systems, and process fluids; not suitable for steam.

Tecofi vpi4448 Specifications:

• The body and disc are made of ductile iron with material class EN-GJS-500-7 (GGG50).
• The soft sleeve seal ensures a tight seal in both directions.
• The standard design complies with NF EN 593 and has ISO 5211 installation requirements for actuator installation.
• Temperature range: from -15 °C to +130 °C (operation), peak up to +150 °C (limited by epoxy paint coating of the disc)
• Nominal diameter range: DN 32/40 to DN 300
• Standards applications: Mounting between ISO PN10/16 flanges, EN 1092-2; adaptation to ASME B16.5 Class 150, JIS 10K
• Actuator type: Manual (maximum manual lever); also versions with electric actuators (BX4)
