Cartridge cylinders

Univer CA and CAF cartridge cylinders (micro-cylinders) are compact, single-acting pneumatic devices. These cylinders are designed for operation with filtered compressed air, which may be either lubricated (with oil mist) or non-lubricated. The units are REACH and RoHS certified and are silicone-free.

Versions:

1. Univer CA: Single-acting cylinders with a non-threaded piston rod.
2. Univer CAF: Single-acting cylinders with a threaded piston rod.

• Operating pressure: 2 bar (0.2 MPa) to 7 bar (0.7 MPa).
• Operating temperature: 0°C to +80°C.
• Piston diameters: 6 mm, 10 mm, and 16 mm.
• Standard stroke: 5 mm, 10 mm, and 15 mm.
• Recommended sensors: DSL with MFX mounting; DF with DH mounting.
• Weight: varies from 8 g to 78 g depending on piston diameter and stroke.

Construction materials:

• Body: nickel-plated brass.
• Piston rod: AISI 303 steel.
• Rod seal: polyurethane.
• Bushing: brass.
• Spring: steel.
• Nut: zinc-plated steel.
• Locking screw: zinc-plated steel.
