Aignep (Univer) LB is an industrial pneumatic cylinder from the L series, compliant with the international ISO 15552 standard and operating on the single-acting principle.

Air is supplied to only one chamber, reducing compressed air consumption during clamping, lifting, or locking cycles. An integrated adjustable pneumatic cushioning system effectively absorbs impact loads at the end of the stroke, while the magnetic piston allows for the installation of electronic position sensors (DF - DT).

Specifications:

• Standard: ISO 15552.
• Operation mode: Single-acting (with cushioning).
• Magnetic piston: Yes (plastoferrite; can be omitted upon request).
• Piston diameters ($\varnothing$): 32, 40, 50, 63, 80, 100, 125 mm.
• Stroke length: 25 to 1000 mm (up to 2700 mm upon request).
• Operating pressure: 1–10 bar (minimum breakaway pressure: 0.3 bar).
• Materials: Barrel — anodized aluminum; rod — chrome-plated C40 steel; end caps — aluminum.
• Compliance: ATEX, REACH, RoHS, Silicone-free.
