Univer LL

Double-acting pneumatic cylinder

!!! Please Note: UNIVER Pneumatics is now part of the Aignep Group. LL series products are fully identical and manufactured by Aignep!!!

Aignep (Univer) LL is a variant of the ISO 15552 pneumatic cylinders featuring a double-ended (through) rod and integrated pneumatic cushioning.

The rod extending from both ends of the cylinder body ensures equal effective piston area and identical force during both extension and retraction.

The design allows for the mounting of actuators or external end stops/sensors on the opposite end of the rod.

Specifications:

• Through-rod (double-ended rod), double-acting.
• Cushioning system: Double-ended pneumatic cushioning.
• Piston diameters: 32 mm to 125 mm.
• Maximum stroke length: Standard up to 1000 mm (special versions up to 2700 mm).
• Rod material: Chrome-plated C40 steel (stainless steel version available — IS variant).
• Piston seals and O-rings: Nitrile rubber (NBR) / polyurethane.
• System pressure: 1–10 bar (0.1–1 MPa).
• Special seal options: FKM versions (V/VS), low-temperature (-40°C), water- and chemical-resistant (W/IVR).
