Pneumatic Cylinder

Aignep (Univer) MFI is a double-acting pneumatic mini-cylinder constructed entirely from high-quality stainless steel (AISI 304 and AISI 316). This series is specifically designed for use in aggressive environments, high-humidity conditions, and applications requiring strict hygiene standards (such as the food, chemical, and pharmaceutical industries).

The cylinder is available in both magnetic and non-magnetic versions, with options for high-temperature or chemically resistant FKM seals.

• Standard stroke: 10 to 320 mm
• Operating pressure: 2–10 bar (0.2–1 MPa / 29–145 psi)
• Operating temperature: 0°C to +80°C (-20°C with dry air)
• Working medium: Filtered compressed air (lubricated or non-lubricated)
• Certification and compliance: REACH, RoHS, PED (2014/68/EU), ATEX (2014/34/EU), SILICON-FREE

• Barrel, end caps, and nuts: AISI 304 stainless steel
• Piston rod: AISI 316 stainless steel
• Piston: Brass (with plastoferrite magnet in magnetic version)
• Rod and piston seals: Polyurethane
• Guide bush: Sintered bronze
