The line of ABB ACS800 01 drives has power spectrum 0,55 - 110 kW and belongs to single drives of wall mounting. One of their distinctive properties is small size. All important functions are built-in in the ACS 800-01 drives, and their enclosure meets the all important needs of customers.

Also an additional options is included in one single drive, such as EMC filter, choke, brake chopper and others. Converters protection is IP 55 or IP 21.

All this allows to apply this series of drives in different fields of industry.

Besides standard this model of drives is approved for marine application because of operating readiness and increased reliability in marine condition.

ACS800-11

ACS800-11 series is belonging to regenerative single drives of wall-mounting, which are equipped with active rectifier. It allowed creating a full-featured regenerative drive in one compact unit. All important functions and additional equipment are inbuilt in drive, including the network LCL filter and filter EMC. Range of nominal powers is from 5,5 to 110 kW. Class of protection is IP21.

The presence of the regenerative modules in ACS800-11 drives allows substantially reducing the power consumption of a process plant with high inertial loads, returning energy in a network at braking.

The distinctive feature of drives of this series is DTC method of engine control (Direct Torque Control), which allows which allows to obtain excellent characteristics of asynchronous motors control at low speeds (the accuracy of torque control and speeds) without the use of feed-back sensors. It is possible to connect the motor encoder to drive for better performance.

The industrial ABB drives are intended for industry use, they are ideal in such processing industries, as a pulp and paper production, metalworking, mining and cement industry, electroenergy, chemical industry and others.
