Siemens Startdrive Software

Siemens provides safety functions guided acceptance tests with the Sinamics Startdrive engineering tool software. Acceptance wizard makes the entire machine validation and testing process extremely user-friendly. Standard-compliant acceptance report documentation is automatically generated. Sinamics Startdrive commissioning software is a drive hardware integration tool for the TIA Portal engineering framework. The integrated guided acceptance test for safety functions is available for Sinamics G and S series frequency converters and complies with EN ISO 13849-2 and IEC 62061.

A wizard guides the user step by step through the acceptance process and checks the correct parameters, settings, and execution of safety functions in the relevant application. For documentation purposes, a standard-compliant acceptance report is then automatically created.
