ABB M3AA low-voltage asynchronous three-phase electric motors are widely used in industrial equipment for various goals. Electric motors are equipped with reliable housing produced of high durability aluminum. This material is completely immune to corrosive formations. Induction motors can be having 2, 4, and 6 poles. To prevent overloading, safety catch is provided that can systematically turn off the motor, with a further restarting the entire system (which excludes the possibility of overloading or unplanned failure). Nominal protection levels are IP55, with a squirrel-cage rotor of a closed type, which provides defense against water and dust into the mechanism.
