The new Absolute Magnetic Linear Sensor TMMA from Eltra

The Eltra produces a new series of linear encoder: the TMAA Absolute Magnetic Linear Sensor 
is joining the others lines of Eltra linear sensors and potentiometer: ETMA, EPL A and EMS.

The TTMA sensor gives a high resolution (of up to 0.001 mm) and an excellent protection
level (IP 67). This makes it suitable for use in difficult conditions, for example, processing glass, marble or washing system.

One of the important advantages of TMAA Absolute sensor is contactless technology, which in turn removes wear and friction, thereby facilitating positioning using digital outputs: SSI or BiSS and perfect advancement speed (up to 5 m/s).
High performance is placed in a box with a weight about 150 grams.

The main characteristics of TMAA Magnetic Absolute Linear Sensors are:

• Resolution: 1 µm;
• Ambient temperature: from 0°C to + 50°C;
• Protection: IP 67;
• Speed: 5 m/s;
• Electronic interface: BiSS-C or SSI (with or without additional analog signals 1 Vpp Sin / Cos.);
